Visit USA Association - Emarketing and online survey

We helped the Visit USA Association and US Department of Commerce perform research following a TV campaign to help understand potential visitor's holiday intentions. We designed a branded email and supporting online survey that led to excellent results. The email campaign with no incentive had an open rate of 40% and over 23% of all recipients went on to complete the survey.

The Capital Region USA, Inc. (CRUSA), is a tourism coalition comprised of the the States of Virginia, Maryland and the city of Washington, DC. We have created a campaign to target the UK market and promote the Scenic Byways found throughout the region. We created a website that creates personalised road trips around the Capital Region, based on the visitor preferences. The site is also packed with exciting touring ideas and visitors can request a free Byways travel pack.

Two new projects completed. We worked closely with the team at Highland Safaris to launch two new websites. Highland Safaris run award winning leisure and corporate experiences in Perthshire. We've also worked with Capital Region USA to develop an online campaign at MyRoadTripUSA.co.uk to promote scenic drives to the UK market. Case studies coming soon.
