Case StudyScottfroggatt Travel Marketing (www.scottfroggatt.com) ClientPolmaily Country Hotel (www.polmaily.co.uk) Situation → Problem → SolutionScottfroggatt Travel Marketing contacted us in 2007 looking for assistance with an email marketing campaign and the redevelopment of a web site for two of their clients. Without the in house skills they were looking for a long term partner to work on all their client’s digital marketing requirements. Scottfroggatt had been let down by a past supplier but fortunately our early contact and advice reassured Scottfroggatt that we were reliable, highly motivated and able to deliver in short timescales with fixed costs. One of their clients, Polmaily Country Hotel, had undergone a recent re-brand and it was important that the website was revamped in line with the new identity and expanded to include new hotel products. We were able to pick up the project and work closely with Polmaily and ScottFroggatt to develop a timescale for delivery. ResultsWith a short turnaround of one month we developed a site to integrate the new brand identity. The client is extremely happy with the result and has already noticed an increase in website traffic and positive feedback from visitor experiences.
