Dornoch Castle Hotel approached us looking for a way to push their winter and Valentine´s Day promotions. Up to now they had not made use of their +2000 email subscribers. We worked with them to devise an email marketing strategy to target their subscribers with email announcements of their offers.

Results

The email was a great success and led to a number of bookings. The email sent in January 2008 had an open rate of over 33% and was opened on close to 1000 occasions.

Over 20% of users that opened the email clicked through to read more details about the offers. The Dornoch Castle Hotel will be running future announcement emails and are currently looking to develop a regular newsletter.
